What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Relationship Manager position at Corpay?
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Partner Relationship Manager within our Partner Sales division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is a remote role. In this role, you will be responsible for revenue production through lead generation within our channel referral partner program. This includes developing and maintaining an active referral partner program, presenting Corpay solutions to prospective referral partners, vetting and signing new partners and driving incremental revenue through lead generation.
You will report directly to VP Business Development and regularly collaborate with members of the Strategic Partners Group to help design the optimal partnership structure for each new partner.How We Work

Role Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an active pipeline of new referral partners, tracking all pipeline activity in Salesforce.com
Support sales team with referral partner opportunities; including, vetting, onboarding, and managing to ensure partner meets or exceeds lead requirements
Gain a full understanding of our offerings
Present Corpay solutions to prospective partners, clearly articulating the value proposition.
Identify the optimal partnership structure for each new partner
Negotiate contracts, ensuring they provide meaningful value for all parties, even in complex cases
Onboard, complete compliance verification, and set up partners in partner platform for lead tracking
Conduct regular check-in meetings and calls with partners, virtually or in-person, to ensure lead generation goals are on track and develop marketing tactics to support goals
Collaborate with partners to create a strong foundation and co-develop marketing plans and tactics that drive lead generation.
Facilitate and manage partner requests to marketing to deliver content that supports training and co-marketing efforts with referral partner
Drive leads referrals from Partner to drive incremental revenue for sales
Assist partner with initial training or sales calls
Stay abreast of any changes within the corporate payments space and with Corpay’s broader product offerings
Provide management with monthly updates on pipeline and progress of lead generation and closed-won opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
5 years client management or sales experience handling complex partners and maintaining positive relationships
Experience in corporate payments or strongly related financial services
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent academic qualifications
Experience selling to all levels of relationships with corporate clients, especially C-suite
Ability to develop and maintain a pipeline (in Salesforce.com)
Proven track record of solid results against goals/plan
Strong organizational, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills
A passion for the activity needed to excel
Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision
