Payment Configuration Support Supervisor, Operations – Corpay Payables
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Payment Configuration Support Supervisor within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Paymerang line of business and is located in Richmond, VA.
In this role, you will supervise a team of 10-15 employees responsible for payment configuration, ACH enrollment, and fraud prevention. You will ensure efficiency, security, and compliance in payment processes while driving continuous improvements in ACH policies and procedures. You will report directly to the Support Manager and regularly collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and Customer Support teams.

Role Responsibilities
Supervising & Performance Management: Leading a team, setting performance goals, and providing training, coaching, and feedback.
Monitoring & Workflow Optimization: Overseeing queue volumes, response times, escalations, and customer concerns to ensure timely case resolutions.
Operational Planning & Staffing: Scheduling team coverage based on volumes, trends, vacations, and holidays.
Process Improvement & Compliance: Evaluating and refining ACH procedures to enhance fraud detection, compliance, and overall security.
Collaboration & Reporting: Partnering with stakeholders, providing updates on operational performance, and maintaining accurate training documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves:
2 years of experience in electronic payment processing.
Prior transaction processing and customer ticketing tool experience.
2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Clear and professional written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage high-volume workflows.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with ACH software and fraud prevention platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
