Travel Support Center Specialist - Contractor What We NeedCorpay is looking to hire a Travel Support Center (TSC) Specialist within our CLC Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will manage a large number of hotel reservation requests each day. During each outbound call, the TSC Specialist is responsible for calling the client’s requested hotel, making the reservation with the appropriate client information, and ensuring that the payment is directly billed. The TSC Specialist is responsible for accurately entering information into our reservation system. The Specialist is expected to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of issues over the phone while working at a quick pace. You will report directly to the TSC Manager and regularly collaborate with team leads. How We WorkAs a TSC Specialist, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in Wichita, KSFormal, hands-on training Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Receiving 80-100 inbound calls daily to meet 40-60 booked reservation goalBooking client requested hotel reservations with the hotel representativeReporting reservation confirmation information into the systemCommunicating issues effectively and professionally with all CLC Clients and DepartmentsUtilizing proper grammar and appropriate speech to note client needs and issuesEnhancing the reputation of FLEETCOR, including all lines of business, by providing an unexpected level of service to all clientsManaging one’s inbound and outbound call time to maximize one’s availability to take a callBeginning and completing assigned duties on timePerforming other duties as needed or assignedQualifications & SkillsExcellent written and oral communication skills1 years of experience in the hospitality or retail industries preferredExtremely detail-orientedDemonstrating ability to work in a team environmentDemonstrating knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programsAbility to work in fast-paced, changing environmentsDemonstrating a high degree of initiative, responsibility, punctuality, persistence and ownershipMust be available for flexible schedulingEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
