What We Need
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Treasury Analyst within our Treasury Shared Service Center. This position is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Treasury Shared Service Functions including but not limited to bank account signer updates, KYC documentation, and bank portal administration. The Treasury Analyst must be organized, dependable, and have the ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities. You will report directly to the Treasury Shared Service Center Manager and regularly collaborate with Global Treasury, Tax, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Product, AP, and Accounting teams while maintaining strong partnerships with external corporate banking partners.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:
Updating and maintaining bank account signatories
Managing banking portal user access
Performing periodic audits of signature authorities and portal access
Assisting with KYC documentation requests
Completing bank documentation requests related to new accounts and services
Cultivating internal relationships and supporting the businesses’ treasury needs
Documenting Treasury processes and procedures
Performing ad hoc treasury projects, audits, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree required
1 or more years of corporate treasury experience, preferably with a publicly traded company
Highly organized and able to balance multiple ongoing tasks and projects
Resourceful and driven self-starter
Background in high-volume and complex environments is a plus
Experience with bank documentation and/or portal maintenance is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of an organization and external partners while driving assignments and projects to a timely and successful conclusion
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus
Payment industry experience is a plus
Treasury Management System experience is a plus
