Corpay is looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Specialist - Contractor within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Operations line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our clients and their vendors to facilitate electronic payment enrollments. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant difference in our clients’ accounts payable processes by working with vendors to determine and set up payment methods. You will report directly to Enrollment Manager and regularly collaborate with the Accounts Payable and Vendor Services teams.

- Formal, hands-on training and classroom learning
- Managing incoming payments without a confirmed payment method
- Following policies and procedures when speaking with clients and vendors
- Effectively researching vendors and matching payment instructions
- Determining what form of electronic payment, the vendor will accept
- Inputting accurate payment details and managing reports in our application
- Building strong and sustainable relationships with clients and vendors
- Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
- High School Education or equivalent, is required.
- At least 6 months of experience with vendor data analysis
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong customer focus and effective communication with peers, management, and clients
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong phone contact skills, including active listening
