What We Need:
Corpay is seeking an experienced executive to lead the successful delivery of airline technology products and solutions across a portfolio of global clients. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful project execution by collaborating across all business, product and technology functions—while fostering strong strategic relationships with airline partners. As a client-facing executive, the VP will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring each implementation delivers operational impact, value and long-term satisfaction. Agile and airlines industry experience are a plus.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy

• Directly manage and lead a team of 5 Implementation Project Managers, fostering a culture of consistency, collaboration, and high achievement.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end product implementation process for airline clients, from sales engagement through launch and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders during implementation, fostering strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and alignment.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal and client-facing Client Implementations roadmap, in alignment with Corpay revenue and budget targets, for internal and external visibility.
• Obtain input and strategic buy-in from all stakeholders including Senior Executive Leadership, Sales / Business Development, Product, Technology, Client Services, Operations, and Clients.
• Drive and obtain stakeholder consensus for prioritization of implementation initiatives according to business and client needs.
• Work effectively across all internal and external functions and stakeholders to deliver on-time delivery of all strategic client implementation initiatives to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
• Develop, improve, and implement over-arching client implementation strategies, procedures and policies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and influencer with Product and Technology organizations, providing input and guidance for the development of budgets, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.

Project Management

• Develop and own end-to-end project milestone plan for each implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technology and relevant business functions to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.
• Ensure the implementation project delivery teams are identified and available throughout the life of project, while ensuring that all resource risks are addressed.
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure timelines, revenue targets. budgets and quality standards are met.

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as primary point of contact in client meetings to ensure appropriate progress both internally and externally is being made to meet delivery targets and addressing all concerns in a timely manner.
• Attend internal meetings representing the clients’ needs to drive risk mitigation and issue resolution throughout the implementation phases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and track KPIs, SLAs and health metrics for implementation success and client satisfaction.
• Ensure that structured, consistent updates are provided to clients on a regular cadence and ensure their satisfaction throughout the implementations process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years managing and leading teams.
• 7 years of experience in enterprise product implementation, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive-level role.
• 5 years project management experience.
• 5 years working in a technical product delivery organization.
• Proven experience in building and managing strategic client relationships at the executive level.
• Demonstrated success in leading global implementation projects in complex, high-stakes environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement.
• Proven track record of implementing customer-focused quality improvement initiatives.
• Product management / strategy experience preferred.
• Airlines industry experience preferred.
• Agile project management experience preferred.
• Direct experience with implementing business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Proven problem-solving skills, identifying root cause and solutions through a high level of critical thinking.
• Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
• High degree of initiative, responsibility, persistence, ownership, and accomplishment.
