The Responsibilities Of The Role Will Include
- Retaining and securing the Enterprise client portfolio at 100%.
- Cross-selling and upselling Corpay Payables, Fleet, and Lodging products and services.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel and senior management within client companies.
- Demonstrating marketing and technical expertise by assessing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with Corpay products and services.
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights on custom interchange rates (CSR), rebate offerings, and revenue impact.
- Coordinating superior customer service delivery by maintaining strong intercompany relationships.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure clients' needs are met and concerns are resolved.
- Developing and monitoring client financial performance, including renewal planning, negotiations, and profitability.
- Leading onsite Quarterly Business Reviews, sharing best practices, industry benchmarking, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
- Building strategic plans with clients to drive program growth and success.
- Providing feedback to management on market trends and industry updates.
- Maintaining a high level of FinTech and payment processing knowledge.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiencies within existing client programs.
- Creating and maintaining a collaborative team of internal and external stakeholders to drive customer spend.
- 5 years of client management or sales experience handling complex Enterprise clients.
- Strong FinTech and payment processing experience, dealing directly with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand various business models, technology, and financials.
- Strong data and financial analytics experience to diagnose and strategize growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of establishing relationships at the C-level.
- Team player with superior organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
