CCS seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to our sales team. This role will report directly to the CEO and play an essential part in ensuring smooth operations and process adherence across the sales department. You'll coordinate schedules, maintain records, and optimize workflows to help the team operate more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing calendars.
· Update and maintain sales records and reports in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
· Assist with order processing, billing, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Facilitate the completion and submission of sales-related forms.
· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
· Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, clients, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication.
· Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
· Support the execution of sales initiatives and process improvements.
· Provide professional client service when interacting with clients, partners, and vendors.
What We’re Looking For:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HubSpot (preferred).

· Professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor when interacting with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
· High school diploma required, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in Executive Administrative Support a MUST.
· Self-motivated, willing to learn and understand our products, their functionality, and usage.
· Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Location:
This position is based in Nassau County, with the flexibility to travel to our New York City office as needed.
