Corporate Coffee Systems, a leading coffee and refreshment supplier in the New York metropolitan area, is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Support Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer assistance to the sales team to maintain efficient communication and workflow.
• Manage Trello cards and emails, routing them to the appropriate sales team members.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for leadership.
• Collect and organize data for sales analysis and support.
• Welcome visitors and oversee the reception area when required (NYC Office)
• Assist in maintaining accurate client records and sales documentation such as DocuSign.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor and track sales team performance metrics and provide insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales orders, contracts, and billing.
Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative support for a busy sales team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks.
• High-energy, flexible, and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Location: Westbury, Long Island, with occasional work in Manhattan.
