Sales Support Administrator

Salary Range : $17.00To $21.00 (USD) Hourly
Power-Flo Technologies is looking for a full-time Sales Support Administrator to join our New Hyde Park location. You will impact the company's operations and organization by providing exceptional customer service to our customers, vendors, and coworkers. You will work closely with our Lighting and Electric team. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will help facilitate the sales of our electrical, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing products.

Full-time, on-site. Monday-Friday

Daily Tasks :
Responsible for supporting customers, outside sales, internal operations, and suppliers in all aspects of the pre-sale and post-sale processes.
Receive and process purchase orders.
Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Obtain ship dates from vendors and expediting orders.
Prepare submittal packages in conjunction with the lighting project manager
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to multi-task, must be strong with details and possess strong organizational skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel (basic knowledge)
Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving and reconciliation skills necessary
Valid and clean NYS driver's license
Physical Ability Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodations)
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time
Ability to climb stairs
