Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

- Assist in crafting compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Support the sales pipeline by managing initial outreach and follow-ups.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
Sales & Strategy:
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Account management, or a related field (internships and entry-level roles considered).
- Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
