Job description

Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) & Account Manager to support our growth efforts by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, account management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Research and identify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Generate and qualify leads, setting up meetings and calls with potential clients.
  • Assist in crafting compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Support the sales pipeline by managing initial outreach and follow-ups.

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.

Sales & Strategy:

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in Account management, or a related field (internships and entry-level roles considered).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
