Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Build strong, personable relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
Policy Management : Oversee the maintenance of commercial insurance policies, addressing updates, changes, and endorsements.
Issue Resolution : Quickly and effectively resolve client inquiries and concerns to their satisfaction.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, correspondence, and transactions in AMS.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters, sales agents, and other team members to provide comprehensive service to our clients.
Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service processes and effectiveness.
Requirements
Educational Background : High school diploma or equivalent, further education or a degree in a related field is advantageous.
Experience : Previous insurance experience at an independent insurance agency.
Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-solving Abilities : Ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with the AMS management system.
Licenses : P&C Insurnace License
