Job Details
Position Title : Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines Specialist
Position Type : Full-time, Exempt
Position Location : Burnsville, MN (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and actively work toward agency goals and strategies
- Actively rounds accounts by offering additional agency services.
- Manage risk of Personal Lines clients.
- Manage renewal process and provide recommendation on Risk Management.
- Provide policy servicing support to Personal Lines clients.
- Participate in maintenance of carrier relationships.
- Meet with clients annually to review insurance program as needed.
- Track and discuss non-pay notices / cancellations / nonrenewals with Producer
- Underwriting requests from companies.
- Claims handling.
- Complete additional projects as developed and assigned by your supervisor or management.
Qualifications / Work Environment / Physical Demands :
Salary Range : $60,000 to $85,000 annually
Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
