Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and seamless execution. In this role, you will manage all aspects of food preparation, guide the culinary team, and maintain high standards in both food production and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food preparation and cooking processes.
- Develop innovative and seasonal menus, ensuring variety and quality.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor kitchen stock levels.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to ensure effective shift management and staffing coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in culinary techniques and food production methods.
- Proven leadership experience within a kitchen environment.
- Strong skills in menu planning, execution, and presentation.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations.
- Culinary education or equivalent experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Hitch work schedule 5-1, hours are 7am to 4pm. 7 days a week for total of 63 hours weekly.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
