Job Overview :
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our consumer reporting services by leading in the development of strategic sales plans and building relationships with new and existing clients. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the consumer reporting industry and associated products. Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the client base and expand market share within the consumer reporting industry.
- Conduct presentations of the company’s consumer reporting solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients in verticals such as financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and staffing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, including C-level executives, HR professionals, and compliance officers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, including C-level executives, HR professionals, and compliance officers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to maximize revenue while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, marketing, and product development to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of services.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis :
- Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analysis of KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Track sales activities, revenue generation, and pipeline development using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

- Industry Expertise & Market Research :
