Are you an experienced Controller accounting professional looking for an exciting opportunity with a great company in the Canton area? We're recruiting for a Controller to lead key financial operations, drive process improvements, and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
What You'll Do:
- Manage general ledger, fixed assets, and cost/inventory accounting
- Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and full balance sheet reviews
- Prepare financial and cost analyses to support decision-making
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitor expenditures
- Present financial results to the CFO and management team
- Collaborate on system enhancements and process improvements
- Manage cash flow, vendor payments, and banking reporting
- Ensure tax filings, insurance, and audit processes are handled efficiently
What Our Client is Looking For:
- 10 years of accounting experience, with a proven ability to manage teams
- Strong cash flow and financial management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (CPA or CMA preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Epicor experience is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
