Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations in all financial reporting and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks.
- Lead the cost accounting function, providing insights into cost structures and profitability analysis.
- Implement and maintain financial software systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate accounting, corporate finance, or a similar role within a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and GAAP principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting methodologies.
- Proficient in financial software applications; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
