The Crêpe Maker is responsible for preparing crêpes, efficiently and accurately in front of our customers, while delivering exceptional customer service.
What we will ask of you:
- Prepare food for service (e.g. slicing vegetables, preparing sauces, etc)
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies at start and end of shift.
- Cook crêpes in cooperation with the rest of the team
- Ensure food comes out quickly in a high-quality fashion
- Follow recipe and portion control guidelines
- Clean up station and take care of leftover product
- Comply with hygiene/sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements for Success:
? Able to lift 30 pounds
? Fluent in both written and spoken English
? Polished personal presentation; grooming meets Company standards, as outlined by Employee Handbook
? Available to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
? Can walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job
? Perform essential job functions under pressure, maintain professionalism when working under stress with colleagues and
customers
? Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
? Strong communication and time management skills
? Attention to detail and mathematical skills
? Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment
