What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crepe Maker position at Townhall?

The Crêpe Maker is responsible for preparing crêpes, efficiently and accurately in front of our customers, while delivering exceptional customer service.
What we will ask of you:
· Prepare food for service (e.g. slicing vegetables, preparing sauces, etc)
· Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies at start and end of shift.
· Cook crêpes in cooperation with the rest of the team
· Ensure food comes out quickly in a high-quality fashion
· Follow recipe and portion control guidelines
· Clean up station and take care of leftover product
· Comply with hygiene/sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements for Success:
- Able to lift 30 pounds
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Polished personal presentation; grooming meets Company standards, as outlined by Employee Handbook
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
- Can walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job
- Perform essential job functions under pressure, maintain professionalism when working under stress with colleagues and
customers
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment
