We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to join our team. Join us this summer, where you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work primarily from your home.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and review user entitlement discrepancies across various platforms.
- Organize risk documentation and create schedules for review.
- Shadow the major project team to gain insights and support ongoing initiatives.
- Review and assess management reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Examine and analyze check routing and earnings credits.
- Conduct Retention Policy audit to ensure compliance.
- Conduct vault services audit.
- Maintain and update the Knowledge Center with relevant information.
- Assist with other operational tasks as required.
- Minimum junior class standing; working towards a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or similar related field preferred
- Good project management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Good statistical analysis, and business/ technical writing skills
- Excellent team player
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) is preferred
- Experience with SharePoint and Virtual Desktops are a plus
