What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling coordinator position at Corporate Positions?
The Scheduling Payroll Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the day-to-day care delivered by the clinical staff.
This individual will lead field staff in providing excellent customer service, focusing on delivery and coordination of family services.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Manage cases of clients, including staffing, scheduling, operations, and administration
- Consult with clients to identify and understand the needs of patients and provide the appropriate staffing solutions
- Coordinate the scheduling needs of our families with the appropriately matched caregivers' schedules
- Participate in the recruitment and retention of nurses
- Identify and / or resolve any customer service issues
- Identify and communicate areas of risk and potential improvement opportunities
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Reports directly to Manager of department*
Minimum Requirements :
- BA / BS preferred
- 1 year of experience as a scheduler or similar role preferred
- 1 year of Home Health Care Experience preferred
- Ability to work with MS Office Suite and working knowledge of office equipment
- All other requirements regarding Background Screening, References, Verification, etc.
