Investigative Analyst is a challenging and rewarding role. The Analyst works together in a team environment but also has the opportunity to work independently and manage their own projects. The Analyst conducts in-depth commercial database, public record and open source research to gather and analyze critical background information on individuals and companies in connection with investments or other business opportunities. The research is focused on, but is not limited to, civil and criminal matters, state and federal records, business reports and corporate filings, regulatory actions, credential verification, traditional and social media, etc. The Analyst reviews and analyzes research findings and prepares a thorough written report that includes red flags and recommendations for further investigation. The Analyst leverages a proven process to guide their research and analysis, and is supported by a team of experienced researchers, report production specialists and editors.
- Applicants should have one to two years of relevant experience
- Applicants should possess strong analytical and writing skills, an ability to multi-task and prioritize, and have an innate sense of curiosity
- General familiarity with court procedures and interpreting legal documents (e.g. civil lawsuit complaints, police reports, tax liens, etc.)
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
