$50,000-$55,000/Annually (Plus full benefits)

As we are experiencing rapid growth, we are looking to add an additional Account Manager to the team. In this role you will function as the main point of contact with your customers and aid them through the ordering process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and addressing concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and warehouse staff, to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and service issues in the company’s CRM system
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues, working to provide solutions that ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide product information, availability updates, and shipping status to customers as needed
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and any follow-up communications related to orders
- Collaborate with overseas offices to manage documentation, shipment creation, tracking, and customer updates
Qualifications:
- 1 years in a customer service role with proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Microsoft Office/Google applications proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
