We are a design / build firm specializing in various structural design elements. This position will work in custom millwork, cabinetry, and architectural elements for high-end residential and commercial projects. Our firm is known for its seamless process, collaborating with clients from initial design concepts to project completion. Job Responsibilities :
- Develop custom millwork profiles using AutoCAD to create 2D & 3D templates.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients to determine pricing and source necessary materials.
- Assist in updating catalogs and databases.
- Utilize Microvellum to model custom cabinetry that meets design, manufacturing, and installation requirements.
- Generate production-ready shop drawings, cut lists, and G-code outputs for CNC routers.
- Work closely with project management to define project scopes, schedules, and technical details.
- Prepare and submit digital or printed drawing sets with all necessary documents.
- Research materials and coordinate procurement with purchasing teams.
- Lead project meetings to communicate updates and changes with the team and clients.
- Ensure clear communication of project expectations with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner while proposing solutions for process improvement.
