Entry Level Sales Development Representative – Chicago, IL (West Loop)
$75,000–$90,000 average first-year earnings ($50,000 base salary with uncapped commission)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to help introduce our innovative products to new clients and make a lasting impact in this growing market.
In this role, you will be instrumental in forging lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and creating tailored sales strategies that drive results. You'll be part of a growing team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact the company’s continued success and expansion in the food and beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers through research, outreach, and strategic cold calling, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline
- Conduct a minimum of 50 calls daily to actively prospect and secure new clients, driving business growth
- Professionally engage with clients via email and phone, ensuring prompt and effective communication to address inquiries, provide information, and nurture relationships.
- Manage and track all outreach efforts, prospects, and opportunities in our CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies, optimize messaging, and set up meetings with qualified prospects
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and market developments to better understand and anticipate potential clients' needs, ensuring effective product recommendations
- Foster positive relationships with prospects to build trust, and introduce them to our brand’s premium products and services
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or SDR roles
- A self-starter who thrives on achieving and surpassing goals, you have a passion for sales and an eagerness to succeed
- Able to handle rejection with professionalism and determination, and willing to continuously improve sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
