Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client in Schaumburg, IL is hiring for a full-time, permanent HRIS Analyst/Generalist.
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HRIS Analyst/Generalist to join our growing content marketing technology company in Schaumburg, IL. In this dual-role position, you will work closely with the SVP of Human Resources and the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and accurate HR data management. You will support all aspects of HR, from systems administration to employee engagement, and have the opportunity to contribute to a positive, employee-centric culture. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HRIS administration, including maintaining employee records, updating HR data, and generating reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS inquiries and system-related issues.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR processes and workflows through the HRIS system.
- Assist in generating HR reports for compliance, metrics, and organizational planning.
- Design and implement HR training programs, including employee development workshops and HR-specific training.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
- Support employee performance management, tracking evaluations and performance progress.
- Assist with benefits administration, maintaining records for insurance, pension plans, and employee transactions.
- Collaborate with managers on resource planning, job descriptions, and compensation analysis.
- Coach hiring managers on the selection process and internal equity considerations for offers.
- Coordinate employee training on safety and various other employment topics.
- Assist with job description creation, position evaluations, and wage/salary surveys.
- Provide additional HR support and duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRIS administration or general HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and experience in HR data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
