Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Arlington Heights, IL is looking for a full-time, permanent Marketing Specialist.

The Marketing Specialist works directly with the Marketing Communications Director to create the firm’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, corporate communications, and client events by developing promotional and marketing materials for company products and services; including brochures and newsletters, web content, promotional flyers, web/social media and email marketing, and trade show marketing.

- Work with Marketing Communications Director to manage, direct and results-measure outbound marketing and promotional activities in support of our global brands
- Design, implement, and facilitate marketing collateral for the firm, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, web content, and all promotional flyers for events
- Oversee all electronic marketing efforts including maintenance of website and social media presence
- Support product team with the development of necessary product support documentation (design guides/datasheets, etc.)
- Collaborate across all departments to ensure the accuracy and coordination of all campaign details across the company
- Manage flow of communications between internal and external resources to coordinate campaign execution and completion
- Monitor campaigns to ensure ongoing campaign success through regular performance reporting, data analysis and optimization
- Gather, report and present weekly or monthly competitive information, revenue numbers, click through rates, conversion rates, and other results
- Assist with trade show preparation and execution, occasionally travelling to photograph and video events for social media and website content
- Additional marketing projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 6 months experience in a marketing role (internships will be considered)
- Knowledge of marketing principles, methods and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on own initiative and provide reports and regular updates to supervisors

Salary : $58,000 - $68,000
