As a Senior Product Design and Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product development process from concept to commercialization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, design, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches that align with both brand and consumer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of new products from initial concept through design, testing, and production. Ensure products meet market needs, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams, to develop product strategies, identify market opportunities, and ensure on-time delivery of product innovations.
• Gather and analyze consumer feedback, trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and development, ensuring products resonate with target audiences.
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resources for product development projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Ensure all products meet the necessary safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product specifications are met, and timelines are adhered to.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).
• 5 years of experience in product development within the health or medical industry required.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
• Expertise in market research, consumer trends, and product design processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage external vendors, and drive product initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Knowledge of product regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
