What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Corporate Technologies LLC?
Corporate Technolgies is seeking a Human Resource Manager who will lead and direct the company’s Human Resources (HR) initiatives; including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Leave Administration, Employee Experience, and all other HR functions. This position is on site and is located in Eden Prairie, MN.

Job Duties
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Direct the talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and management and determining hiring processes for new hires; building a high performing work force that aligns with company objectives.
- Design interview questions, conduct interviews, and create employment offers and packages placing the right person in the right seat.
- Oversee the Onboarding process for all new employees ensuring new employees have a positive experience, contributing to their success and reducing new hire turnover.
- Monitoring training needs, developing and managing Human Resources related training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety rules. Educating leadership and employees on changes and new laws as applicable.
- Create and manage meaningful total reward programs that attract talent, support employee well-being, and help with employee retention.
- Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.
- Managing employee relations; conducting conflict management and resolution collaborating with leaders on these issues. This includes overseeing coaching / discipline and the termination process.
- Develop, implement, and maintain performance management processes that set clear goals, regular check-ins, and feedback to increase employee engagement, growth, and alignment with the company's values.
- Develop and partner with leaders to implement employee retention and employee engagement programs to reduce turnover.
- Managing employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
- Oversee and manage leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to leaves.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the HRIS / Payroll system to ensure accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction, contributing to overall business efficiency.
- Travel to various locations as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
