This will be an experienced, analytical, and strategic leader with a passion for Compensation and for ensuring fairness, equity, consistency, and market competitiveness in the Compensations Space. The Dir. Comp will work with the VP, TR to design, develop, implement, and execute Compensation Strategy and a cutting-edge philosophy with methodology, tools, processes, systems, and programs to drive an integrated approach aligned with the overall Henny Penny (HP) Total Rewards Strategy to institutionalize how HP approaches the Employee Value Proposition as part of the organizational People Strategy. What You'll Be Doing : Spearhead the design and implementation of a Compensation Philosophy ensuring fairness, equity, and competitiveness for all compensation elementsAlign compensation strategy with organizational vision and objectivesEstablish and manage Compensation Budgets and GuidelinesCollaborate with HP Organizational Effectiveness and Communications to develop tools for effective compensation communicationLead annual Compensation Planning, including execution of all compensation elements and related administrationEstablish and maintain alignment between Performance and PayPartner on current and future equity programs, ensuring competitiveness and scalable administrationAssist in preparing materials for the Compensation CommitteeConduct regular pay / market analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluationsProvide data-driven consultation on compensation concerns and issuesPresent compensation-related reports and recommendations to senior leadershipDevelop compensation metrics to identify trends and areas for improvementEvaluate and implement Compensation Policies and Procedures ensuring complianceManage and deepen partnerships with key compensation vendorsConsistently demonstrate company values and expected behaviorsTake on additional responsibilities as assignedWhat We're Looking For : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field10 years of HR experience with significant compensation expertiseCCP certification preferredHighly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and presentation skillsA hands-on leader who's not afraid to roll up their sleevesMotivated by complexity and energized by growth in an evolving environmentProficiency in compensation software, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel skillsIn-depth knowledge of compensation principles, methodologies, and regulationsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsExecutive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
