Corporate Plus is seeking an VP of Global Accounts and APAC Sales Division who is instrumental in driving growth for our client by cultivating channel partnerships, opening new market segments, and leading APACS sales and Global Accounts Division. What You'll Be Doing :
Serve as a Sales & Services Leadership Team member, developing and executing overall business unit strategies and operating plans.
Function as a steward of our Organizational Strategy and Core Values in all external and internal actions and activities.
Work collaboratively with the Cross-Functional leaders on strategic customer strategies and execution.
Lead Sales and Commercial Excellence activities, including forecasting, Global accounts planning, scorecards, and project funnels.
Achieve planned revenue, gross margin, working capital, and related objectives.
Develop and execute annual sales and strategic business plans to drive profitability and increase share within targeted segments and customer base.
Foster core capability integration and new capability growth, prioritizing connected devices and IOT.
Partner with Marketing, Product Innovation, Finance and Supply Chain to develop and execute commercial innovation that drives profitability.
Plan and manage at the strategic and tactical levels. Lead and support sales organizational design, people development, and succession planning.
Oversee unit execution of pricing increases and margin improvement strategies.
Ensure team members have individual development plans and evaluate sales talent to ensure skills and abilities are consistent with role expectations. Take necessary actions when gaps exist.
Develop and maintain strong customer centricity and relationships by being involved through top-level contact with current and potential new customers.
Internally manage and participate at the S&OP meetings, in collaboration with Supply Chain toward achievement of targeted forecast accuracy levels by leading customer forecasting, and ensuring the use of processes to manage inventory, new product commercialization, and product elimination and obsolescence.
Ensure the sales team acts according to company ethics and core values.
Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Works in partnership on variable income compensation plans for sales team members.
Consistently models the Company values and expected behaviors.

What We're Looking For :
Bachelor of Science (B.S) Business, Marketing, or related disciplines Required
Master of Business Administration (MBA) Preferred
10 Years experience in consultative sales and sales management in the food / beverage industry. Required
Exceptional track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that consistently meet or exceed planned objectives. (High proficiency)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong and proven organization and communication skills. Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
Demonstrated experience as a leadership team member that emphasizes collaborative decision-making and a high degree of coordination between functions.
