- Work with Merchandising and Allocation teams to develop strategies to drive appropriate product breadth / depth into impacted locations
- Provide support to PAR organization by developing inventory guidelines and strategies, and process oversight for new business developments
- Develop partnership with and support Regional Merchandising, Field Leadership, New Store Operations, Experience Initiatives, Visual Merchandising, and additional store support teams
- Develop and maintain standardized reports allowing appropriate information flow between Merchandising and Allocations teams with cross-functional partnersSupport analysis and contribute to strategies on company-wide initiatives designed to efficiently optimize inventory investments and operational efficiencies
- Key Company initiatives include all aspects of House of Sport from pre-planning to post opening inventory management and executing prototype redesigns
- Analyze and diagnose under and over-inventoried stores
- Provide analysis on store and category level opportunities for inventory optimization
- Analyze SKU segmentations and recommend consolidation targets based on performance levels
- Evaluate clearance, aging, and other slow selling products by category and develop business rules to drive performance improvements
- Provide ad hoc analytical support on cross functional projects as business needs dictateQUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree5-7 years experience in Retail, Merchandising, Merch Planning / Allocations, Real Estate Market Research
