This position will partner with the Transformation Office team to translate TMO measured metrics into financial results. The role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. The Manager of Transformation Office – Finance must be able to translate business strategies into financial results and manage the high number of strategies coming through the Transformation Office.Ensure Accountability and Resolution : Establish clear accountability frameworks and performance metrics for transformational initiativesUphold responsibility and accountability across teams and partner closely with initiative owners and working teams to drive resolution when issues ariseAssemble business cases to support additional investments to be reviewed in the Transformation OfficePartner with the Transformation Office to develop a dashboard to monitor the performance of the Strategic InitiativesEnsure timely updates to key stakeholdersSupport post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future transformation initiativesDrive Alignment on Operating Model : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on measured metrics and their translations into financial goalsImplement data-centric / financially oriented process across initiatives to support evidence-based decision-makingQUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS)5 -7 Years of experience in Retail, Technology, Consulting, FinanceMicrosoft Office SuiteExperience in translating business strategies into financial resultsHighly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities with background in project managementRetail and / or consumer experience a plusStrong executive presence and overall communications skills#LI-LA1
