Director - Client Services, US Fund Administration
Hybrid-West Orange, NJ or Wilmington, DE
Monday to Friday 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. Eastern Time
Candidates for this position must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need.
Some of the things you will be doing :
- Manage client relationships including onboarding new clients, review of fund documents, fund set up, and renewals of existing client engagements
- Understand clients' business to identify opportunities for additional fund services and cross selling of other CSC products
- Review accounting records, financial statements, and support schedules, including waterfall calculations (GAAP & OCBOA)
- Review SBA compliance reporting, including SBA Form 468
- Review capital call & distribution calculations and letters
- Assist as needed with internal teams with all client deliverables
- Ensure that best practices are used by client service team and look for process improvements
- Staffing / resource allocation for client service team
- Career development and talent management of team members
- Manage special projects as required
- Extensive on the job training
- Internal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking, etc.)
