Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 10-20 customer service representatives in the Denver office, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service department, including handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, leveraging your leadership skills to drive performance and exceed goals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complex issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to streamline processes, optimize efficiencies, and drive business growth.
