Position Overview
The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Corrado.
Properties by overseeing the sales, marketing, and revenue management efforts for both Sorrel
River Ranch and the Biba Social Club and Hotel. The role is based in our Palm Beach offices,
with occasional travel to Moab, Utah, for onboarding and operational needs.
The ideal candidate is highly technical, results-driven, and skilled in building and executing effectively.

Position Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement innovative sales and marketing.
plans tailored to Sorrel River Ranch and Biba Social Club’s unique markets.
Brand Development: Strengthen brand identity and presence across all channels, ensuring
alignment with company goals.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media
campaigns to drive engagement and bookings.
Partnerships: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach and
enhance guest experiences.
Content Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including photography,
videos, and written materials, to support marketing initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Hotel Sales Channels: Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel sales
channels, including OTAs, GDS platforms, and other distribution partners.
Luxury Travel Networks: Cultivate and leverage connections with luxury travel consortia
such as Virtuoso and other high-end travel agents to position the properties as premier
destinations.
Wholesalers: Develop partnerships with wholesalers to ensure seamless distribution and
increase market penetration.
Revenue Management
Forecasting & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand
patterns to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
Revenue Growth: Implement yield management practices to maximize RevPAR (Revenue
per Available Room) and overall profitability.
Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced analytics tools and property management
systems to inform decision-making.
Leadership & Collaboration
Team Training: Provide guidance to onsite teams, ensuring alignment with sales and
marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with operations, culinary, and membership
teams to align goals and deliver seamless guest experiences.
Onboarding in Moab: Spend time at Sorrel River Ranch to understand property operations
and train local teams on sales and marketing initiatives.
Education/Experience
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing leadership roles in the boutique hotel or luxury hospitality sector.
Technical Skills: Proficient in revenue management tools, CRM platforms, digital marketing analytics, and property management systems.
Proven Results: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and increasing brand recognition.
Adaptability: Comfortable with managing diverse projects across different markets and cultures.
Travel: Willingness to travel to Sorrel River Ranch for onboarding and as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
