Description
- Property acquisition : assist with the acquisition of property rights for infrastructure development projects.
- Research & documentation : conduct research on property records, deeds, and titles to support right of way needs.
- Negotiation support : learn to communicate with property owners, address their concerns, and support negotiation processes.
- Compliance & record-keeping : ensure compliance with Wisconsin and federal eminent domain laws, WisDOT guidelines, and internal policies.
- Project support : assist project managers with day-to-day coordination, document tracking, and reporting.
- Plats & plans : learn to interpret and analyze highway plats, plans, profiles, and cross sections.
