Indmar Marine Engines is seeking a motivated detailoriented individual to join the Service Parts department. The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing packaging and shipping orders efficiently and accurately. This role ensures that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and delivery deadlines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
This fulltime position offers a starting rate of $16.00 17.00 / hour depending upon experience with a consistent daytime schedule. Benefits include health insurance paid holidays paid time off and a retirement savings plan with a company match. Punctuality and good attendance are crucial to success in this position. Work hours are 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm Monday Friday. Eligible for a $40.00 weekly attendance bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Pick pack and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards. Ensure all orders are pulled correctly packed securely and labeled correctly for shipping.
- Accurately input customer information and create shipping labels using Ship Hawk software.
- Work closely with customer service and service parts team to resolve any shipping issues.
- Prepare stocked parts kits in advance and ensure they are located in the proper slot location.
- Safely operate foam packaging machine pallet jack forklift and other equipment as needed.
- Keeps all work areas clean neatly organized and fully stocked with shipping supplies.
- Keeps the warehouse floors clean / swept during and after each shift.
