We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Dahlonega, GA. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing quality patient care and contributing to the growth of our organization.
Job Description:
The LPN will be responsible for participating in the clinical aspects of patient care, working closely with members of the healthcare team and law enforcement. Under the supervision of a RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision, the LPN will possess knowledge and ability to provide quality care and respond to needs within the correctional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality patient care
- Work closely with members of the healthcare team and law enforcement
- Perform duties under the supervision of a RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision
Maintaining standard and ethics of nursing in accordance with applicable State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies is essential for this role.
Qualifications:
To be successful as a Licensed Practical Nurse at CorrectHealth, LLC, you must have:
- Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program
- Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment
- American Heart Association BLS certified
- Corrections experience a plus
