Essential Duties and Responsibilities Snapshot:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the insurance products offered by our agency.
- Identify and assess clients' insurance needs through consultations and risk assessments.
- Provide clients with detailed information on available coverage options and assist them in selecting the best policies.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Process new insurance applications, policy changes, and renewals in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.

- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role.
