We are looking for energetic seasoned chef's to strengthen our team and help take the food and experience to the next level.
Chefs are responsible to learn the menu and how to prepare all the dishes on a particular station. Mastering a station includes knowledge of the dishes and ingredients and tasting your food to ensure it is consistent and meets the standards. Recipe's must be followed at all times. Once a station is mastered its onto the next station and we are looking for candidates to move up to Sous Chef.
Chefs must move quickly to get all the work done and are responsible for all aspects of a station. It is also essential that candidates can work well with the rest of the culinary team.
Chefs prep, cook during service and clean as a team at the end of each night.
