Job Summary

Corridor Title is looking to add a Business Development Associate to the Austin Residential Team, supporting the VP – Residential Business Development in driving the organization’s growth strategies and achieving revenue goals. This position involves a combination of administrative support, strategic analysis, and client-facing responsibilities. The primary focus is on assisting the VP in identifying opportunities, maintaining relationships, and executing initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives.


Essential Responsibilities:

Include the following, however other responsibilities may be assigned:

  • Strategically work with the VP - Development to grow market share and revenue within given footprint.
  • Embody the Corridor Title Value of Client Success – being selective in how we spend our time, helping our existing clients grow their business, and adding value in support of our clients’ success.

  • Essential Duties:

    Include the following, however other duties may be assigned:

    · Manage existing client relationships and court prospective clients (via networking and strategic planning) converting them into clients in order to increase revenue and market share, in support of VP - Development through the use of the following tools and respective actions:

    • Monitor open order status.
    • Identify specific prospects and monitor success, utilizing Market Road Map.
    • Arrange meetings with prospective clients via Project in the Boat
    • Partner with Escrow Team to distribute Client Survey consistently and routinely monitor results.
    • Prepare and report update for Weekly Market Meetings.
    • Research prospective clients through MLS listings and tracking.
    • Attend Monthly and Quarterly Meetings with Clients.
    • Open Order Outreach -Facilitate relationship with first time agent – lunch invite with VP’s
    • Conduct and manage Project Appreciation.
    • Attend Property Tours when available.
    • Organize Market Knowledge updates - Organize Market Knowledge events.
    • New Agent Outreach -Connect with local brokerages to learn of new agents/team member

    · Work to understand the markets served by Corridor Title – their public leadership, private sector participants, and relevant trends – with the goal of delivering on Corridor Title’s local market knowledge value proposition to clients, present and future.

    · Deeply commit to the success of our communities through sustained, strategic, and coordinated investment of time, expertise, and beneficial relationships.

    · Participate in Industry Associations that are purposeful for our Clients and Community (to be determined, but examples include Austin Board of Realtors, HBA, ULI, RECA, Chambers of Commerce, Four Rivers Board of Realtors, and RECSA).

    · Maintain and issue inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.

    Other Requirements:

    • Possess long-term desire to grow within the Austin Community and within a locally owned, value-centered, fast growing company like Corridor Title.
    • Because the duties of the position require regular and customary work outside of Corridor Title’s offices, an ability to multi-task and remain organized are particularly important.
    • Because networking and community events are often held outside of regular business hours, the ability to work outside of regular business hours is required.


    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree is preferred but not required.

    Experience: Experience with sales and marketing, real estate industry, and regional knowledge.

    Certificates/Licenses and/or Registrations:

    • Licensed Texas REALTOR, preferred, but not required.
