Corrigan Moving Systems is looking for an experienced, Onsite Project Coordinator to work full-time out of our Grand Rapids, MI location.
The Onsite Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate projects at various hospitality-based job sites locally and throughout the United States with installers, warehouses, general contractors, vendors as well as internal operations, customer service and sales teams.
There is expectation of 50-75% travel throughout the US and 0-25% locally – the remainder will be spent in-office in Grand Rapids, MI.
Corrigan Moving Systems is a full-service relocation and logistics company. One of the many services that we provide are end-to-end solutions for hotels, restaurants, resorts, or retirement facilities that are planning new construction or looking to renovate. This includes transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and installation.
Onsite Project Coordinator Qualifications:
· 2 years of onsite project management or project coordinator experience
· Proven experience working with contractors, vendors and installers
· Ability to read and understand blueprints, and schematics
· Knowledge of construction sites for new builds or renovations
· Experience working with various warehouses and shipping and receiving
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)
· Above average communications skills both written and verbal
· Good driving record, with ability to travel 50-75% of the time
