JOB SUMMARY:

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:
- Manage printing and shipping tasks for appeal submissions
- Scan appeal documents into the internal system
- Update client and internal systems of shipment details
- Monitor packages are delivered in a timely manner
- Support various functions within the department such as case entry support, Peer to Peer support and appeals support
- Other responsibilities as requested by management
Skills:
- Detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills, MS Office Suite of products, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Works independently, but is a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Required to keep all client and sensitive information confidential
- Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance
Education/Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Ability to lift objects up to 15 lbs

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
