Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, tracking, documentation, and coordination of all activities.
Required Experience for Project Manager:
- 1-3 years of project management experience
- Experience with project management software preferred.
- Develop & manage functional playbooks, reports, and dashboards
- Develop & manage workflows involving multiple operational functions
- Ability to work well under pressure and complete assignments accurately; can work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must exhibit a high degree of initiative, good judgment, and professional ethics.
- Must be highly organized, able to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to oversee/manage project budgets.
- Proven organizational and communication skills
- Experienced training skills necessary
CorsoCare Personal Care: Operations Coordinator
1. Smartsheet Workbooks
- Responsibility: Manage project tracking and timelines using Smartsheet.
- Key Task: Keep project workbooks updated and organized.
2. FTE Tool
- Responsibility: Track employee staffing and hours.
- Key Task: Monitor and report on team resource allocation.
3. Contracts/Pricing
- Responsibility: Manage contracts and vendor pricing.
- Key Task: Ensure contracts are up-to-date and pricing is accurate.
4. Preferred Provider
- Responsibility: Manage relationships with preferred vendors.
- Key Task: Keep track of vendor contracts and ensure good performance.
5. Lease Agreements
- Responsibility: Track and manage lease agreements for offices and facilities.
- Key Task: Ensure leases are current and renew on time.
6. Teams Channels
- Responsibility: Organize and manage Teams communication channels.
- Key Task: Set up and maintain channels for team collaboration.
7. Special Projects
- Responsibility: Oversee special projects from start to finish.
