Job Summary:

Corstone Contractors is seeking a General Superintendent to lead and manage field operations across multiple projects. This key leadership role is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, productivity, and manpower utilization while driving consistency and accountability on job sites. The General Superintendent will also oversee warranty processes and ensure smooth project closeouts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Core Values:

2. Field Installation & Jobsite Standards:

• Maintain high standards for field installation quality, safety, and jobsite organization.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Proactively address issues, providing feedback and guidance to field staff.
• Oversee pre-punch processes to ensure seamless project closeout and client satisfaction.

3. Field Productivity & Manpower:

• Monitor field productivity and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to allocate manpower effectively and meet project schedules.
• Review project schedules regularly and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support field staff training and professional development to enhance skills and performance.

4. Jobsite Standards:

• Enforce consistent jobsite standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Maintain a professional and well-presented jobsite that reflects Corstone’s commitment to excellence.
• Ensure signage, barricades, and safety measures are consistently applied and maintained.

5. Warranty Management:

• Oversee warranty processes, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of warranty claims.
• Maintain positive client relationships by addressing warranty concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Track and document warranty performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
