Warranty and Service Manager

Summary

The Warranty Manager is responsible for coordinating, communicating, tracking, and completing client warranty requests in a timely professional manner. The Warranty Manager shall evaluate warranty requests, schedule trades to complete work, and expedite repairs as needed to ensure owner satisfaction while keeping a positive image of Corstone and ensuring the customer will be a repeat customer in the future. This role is also responsible for conducting scheduled pre punch walks with superintendents onsite to generate a pre-punch list for the superintendent to achieve successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warranty claims related to completed projects.
• Coordinate with clients to address warranty issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents and subcontractors to resolve warranty-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and resolutions for reporting purposes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction post-project completion.
• Maintain Corstone provided tools, equipment, and vehicle (interior/exterior) if provided.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warranty management or customer service roles within the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple claims efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with construction processes and standards is a plus.
• Procore experience required
