About the Role
This position comes with a competitive salary starting at $20.00 per hour and involves working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in harvest activities, seed sampling, truck unloading, and other related tasks.
- Perform tasks associated with general plant, field, and warehouse operations, adapting to seasonal changes throughout the year.
- Monitor automated equipment for processes like harvesting, conditioning, treating, and packing.
- Perform tasks associated with production activities, product returns, sorting, and field activities like scouting, inspection, and managing logistics.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; willingness to obtain GED within one year if hired.
- Ability to work in a team environment, demonstrate proactivity, communicate concerns, and adapt to change.
- Good computer aptitude, including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and willingness to learn company-specific applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and high diligence.
