Highlights of this position are: Enable the indirect route to market within Corteva with a strategic advantage by improving ease of doing business, enhancing segmentation efforts, enabling stronger cross-sell and integrated selling opportunities, and improving reporting/metrics visibility. Partner with National Account Management, Marketing & Sales teams to deeply understand our retail partners, their expectations, and how to unlock value beyond price. Collaborate internally to lead and support a diverse team of skill individuals that drive seed & crop protection customer service, retail programs and varied transactional tasks critical to our commercial offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the ease of doing business with Corteva, focusing on improving processes.
- Lead efforts to enhance segmentation and targeting of retail partners, ensuring tailored approaches that meet their unique needs, accurate/timely program payments, and reconciliation summaries that are easy to understand for sales teams and customers.
- Drive cross-sell and integrated selling opportunities by collaborating with various teams to streamline internal operations & polices for different businesses that touch the same customer.
- Improve visibility and accuracy of reporting and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Lead and support a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business services with overall commercial strategies and objectives.
- Be accountable for audit processes for our indirect/retail route to market businesses and brands.
- Empower leaders, develop people, and practically manage the varied tasks & role-specific accountabilities within the team to ensure business continuity.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with business goals and drive competitive advantage.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of retail partners' needs and expectations, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.

- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Ag Business or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience working in ag retail, commercial sales/marketing in seed and/or crop protection, project management, data management, reporting, business continuity, business continuity, people leadership, and strategic planning.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and developing diverse teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of retail partners' needs and expectations, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.
