Your responsibilities will include participating in harvest activities, performing general plant, field, and warehouse operations, accurately monitoring automated equipment, and actively participating in conditioning activities such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.

As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include participating in harvest activities, performing general plant, field, and warehouse operations, accurately monitoring automated equipment, and actively participating in conditioning activities such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED or willingness and ability to obtain within twelve (12) months of hire
- Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas, stand and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, lift up to fifty (50) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting
- Comfortable with technology and good computer aptitude, including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- High diligence, ability to multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid US Driver's License
